So tonight was good, mostly

We maxed out at the gym tonight, which was very exciting, but ultimately somewhat frustrating. that sentence seems a little run-on-ish to me, but whatever. So my working maxes for the past twp cycles were determined by a two-rep max I did in november. So based off of what I could do twice, my coach calculated what my probable max would be. In november, I squatted 170 twice, and benched 100 twice....
